Participants set their goals in the Active Peers AI app, matched to best-practice approaches, then reflected on progress in daily stand-ups — with visible gains in confidence, public speaking and career clarity.
Journals, peer sessions, masterclasses and one-to-one conversations that help founders step back and work through pricing, margins, markets, customers, capacity and leadership. Participants described moving from “spinning” on a question to deciding what to scale, test or pause.
A digital experience for the LEO Annual Meeting bringing together registration, pre-event support, journaling, algorithmic grouping and matching, and working summaries with impact results for the organisers.
